In 1999, two college friends decided to get together to write a couple of songs, creating something that would escape the obvious but still have great melodies and sincere lyrics.
They didn’t have a full band yet, but their project was already called “P.S.” and they were eager to make a CD out of their songs.
In 2005, they recorded an album with 11 songs, and they were determined to find a drummer and complete the band’s formation, so that they could perform live to whoever would listen.
A couple of months later, P.S. got a drummer, and they started playing at several alternative clubs in their hometown (Sao Paulo – Brazil).
The band recorded an EP in 2009 and continues to write songs and perform live in different places and cities of their country.
P.S. carries influences from bands like K’s Choice, Third Eye Blind, The Strokes, Stretch Princess, The Jane Anchor, Foo Fighters and others.
André Sakajiri – vocals, guitars
